Warning
When
Installing
|
After
the
software
is
installed,
Windows
may
display a
dialog
similar to
"This
program
might not
have
installed
correctly".
This is a
known bug
with
Windows
installer
and can be
ignored.
Although,
as many
times as
we have
tested the
installation
of this
program,
we have
never seen
this
warning
pop
up. We
contemplated
not even
posting
this
information,
but in the
end we
felt you
should
know about
this in
case it
happens to
you. |

"Test
and
Balance
Tools"
tab is not
there!
|
|
If
you have
successfully
installed
our
software,
and the
"Test
and
Balance
Tools"
tab is not
showing
when you
open
Excel, it
is likely
due to one
of two
different
things. |

Possible
Problem
#1...
...could
be the
.Net
Programmability
Support
for Excel
is not
installed.
This
happens
frequently
when this
option
isn't
chosen
during the
initial
installation
of
Excel.
If this is
the
problem,
you will
need to
install
it.
Don't
worry,
it's
actually
quite
simple.
The
installation
CD should NOT
be needed
for this.

Possible
Problem
#2...
...could
be Excel
did not
allow our
software
to
automatically
load
during
startup.
If this is
the
problem,
you will
have to
change the
settings
in Excel,
to tell it
to load
our
software
every time
is starts
up.
Don't
worry,
it's
actually
quite
simple.
